
After making landfall Wednesday morning near Steinhatchee, Fla., Tropical Storm Elsa has tracked nearly the entire length of the U.S. East Coast while maintaining most of its strength.
Although heavy rainfall has been experienced in impacted areas, there have not been widespread reports of structural flooding. At this time, tornadic/high wind activity appears to be a larger catalyst for property damage.
